We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, pricing, and images. Because our items are handmade and produced one at a time, slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.

Pricing and Payment
All Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not effect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is shipped.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected where required by law.
Orders shipped to Washington state will be charged applicable sales tax. Orders shipped outside Washington may not be subject to sales tax at checkout.
Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations, including the United Kingdom.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Please allow time for manufacturing your trowel.
Custom trowels will take longer to ship.
International Orders (Including the UK)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT upon delivery. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping Policy
All Featherlight Trowels are handmade to order. Each trowel is individually crafted by a single maker using carbon fiber and specialty materials. Because of this, production times vary and orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
Processing Time
Standard, non-custom orders typically require () business days to be made before shipping. This may vary due to waitlist for orders.
Custom or personalized trowels may require additional production time depending on design complexity.
Production times do not include shipping transit time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on destination and service selected at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations.
International Orders (UK & Outside the US)
International Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT upon delivery. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
